Salon COVID-19 procedures


Please can all clients read this thoroughly.

We are very excited to welcome all of our wonderful clients back to the salon.

We’ve made some changes to the way we will be working from July 4th.

We will be open 7 days per week and working extra late nights to accommodate everyone and to limit the number of staff and clients we have in the salon at one time for a cleaner safer environment.

We will be booking out extra time to clean after every client.  If you are feeling unwell or have any cOVID-19 symptoms please let us know as soon as you can so we can rearrange your appointment for you. Any missed or cancelled appointments less than 48 hours before will incur a cancellation charge.

Please note we may not be able to answer the phone as quickly as we would like due to less to less staff being in and how busy we are going to be, so please leave a message and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible you can also message us Facebook or Instagram.


We will be taking on new clients from August, this is so we can rebook our regular clients throughout July. If you are a new client and would like a appointment for August please drop us a message and we can get one booked for you. Please note we require a £30 deposit which can be paid by bank transfer.


We’ve had to limit some of our services for a short time to accommodate a very large foot full of customers. We will NOT be offering...

•Children’s hair cuts (under 16)


•Vivid colours (mermaid hair)

•Weekly blowdrys

•Complimentary Fringe trims

•model cut and colours

•Singular appointments. Ie just colours. The colour will need to be finished with a cut or blowdry


What to expect at your hair appointment.


Please arrive five minutes prior to your appointment and wait outside the salon. When we are ready for you we will call you in so there’s not a crossover of clients. We ask for all clients to wear a face covering,  if you haven’t got one, we can provide one with an extra cost.


We have taken away our reception area and removed every other chair so there is 2 meters between each station.


We require everyone entering the salon to use the hand sanitiser provided.


At the base area unfortunately talking has to be kept to a minimum


We will disinfect our working areas i.e. chairs and equipment used on each client after use.


We will be using disposable gowns,towels and aprons where possible.


The toilet will be open but please only to be used when absolutely necessary and we request you antibacterial wipe the toilet after use.


Unfortunately we will not be offering refreshments or magazines at the moment but please feel free to bring your own.


Please don’t bring anything you don’t need to bring i.e. extra bags, shopping, etc. If you have a jacket or a coat you will have to keep this on your person and we will provide a bag for it to be kept in.


Please come to your appointment alone. No children, friends, partner or pets!


If you have missed multiple appointments due to Covid or extra work required there will be extra costs for extra colour used or the cut will be charged as a restyle where applicable.


Expect a longer appointment then usual, we are working to new guidelines and learning as we go, so please be patience with us.
